Pour la Radio

A tribute to radio with its own means: Andrea Cohen and Diego Losa arrange radiophonic fragments from broadcasts and interferences into a polyphonic and multilingual assemblage. Performers translate and comment on individual voices live, thus opening up a radiophonic dialogue that is musically accompanied and continued by Cohen and Losa. The result is a multi-layered musical piece about the magical paradox of listening to the radio: the possibility of travelling with the ears across borders, through languages and worlds, without even getting up from the seat.
