Jean-Luc Godard’s moving meditation on the Bosnian War and its historical connection with other genocides is set at a literary festival in Sarajevo. Based on the structure of Dante’s “Inferno,” the film centers on two women exploring the possibility of reconciliation after the wars and horrors of the twentieth century.
