Lars Eidinger is an internationally successful actor and, since 1999 one of the stars of the Berliner Schaubühne Ensemble. 2008, he had his directorial debute with Schiller's "Die Räuber". He played the male leading role in the romantic drama "Everyone Else", which was awarded with the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival. Lars Eidinger received multiple awards and nominations, he was twice nominated for the German Television Award in 2013, and he was awarded with the German Film Critics Award for Best Actor in "Was bleibt" and "Tabu - Es ist die Seele ein Fremdes auf Erden".


Almut Zilcher was born in Graz, Austria. Before becoming a member of the Deutsches Theater ensemble in the 2006/2007 season she performed at many of Germany’s premiere stages, including the Deutsches Schauspielhaus and the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, Theatre Bochum, Berlin’s Volksbühne and at the Salzburg Festival. Zilcher has worked with directors such as Dimiter Gotscheff, Adolf Dresen, George Tabori, Leander Haussmann, Werner Schroeter, Karin Beier, Karin Henkel, Michael Thalheimer and Hans Neuenfels. Almut Zilcher is the winner of the 2011 Berlin Theatre Award, handed out by the Preussische Seehandlung Foundation in recognition of “outstanding contributions to German-language theatre.”
