Former West: Artworks and Installations
Mon, Mar 18–Sun, Mar 24, 2013
In the course of FORMER WEST, the HKW will be transformed into a stage on which a diverse range of dialogues, spontaneous performances, discussions, lectures, screenings and workshops will take place. The project casts new light on contemporary art in the context of current social and political developments. The artworks and installations, which counter the persistent hegemonies of the so-called "West" within a global context, can only be visited daily from 10 a.m. to midnight
