An Evening with Jimmie Durham and Mick Taussig

The poet and visual and performance artist Jimmie Durham meets the cultural anthropologist Michael Taussig (Columbia University, New York), known for his provocative ethnographic studies and his unconventional style. Jimmie Durham has dedicated himself to the cause of civil rights since the early 1960s. He is a co-founder and the director of the International Indian Treaty Council, as well as its representative at the UN.
