Michael Taussig

Michael Taussig is Professor for Anthropology at the Columbia University in New York and at the European Graduate School in Saas-Fee. He gained acclaim, among other things, for his early field studies in Colombia and for his work on Karl Marx’s concept of "commodity fetishism".
