Barter market German, English, French, Arabic with translations
Can an abandoned cemetery in the gentrifying neighborhood of Schillerkiez become a workplace, school and residence for young refugees? The experimental neighborhood project DIE GÄRTNEREI was initiated by Schlesische 27 and raumlaborberlin. Filmmakers Constanze Fischbeck and Sascha Bunge have observed the transformation of the grounds since 2015. On September 18, visitors, equipped with headphones and tablets, can trace the debates about the place and its stakeholders.
