Uus Kusnadi

was born in 1975 in Bandung. Following his studies at the art academy there, he began working in 2000 at a primary school in Bandung in which new teaching methods are being tested and evaluated. In the same year, he also became a member of a traditional music ensemble that held concerts in Germany. As a composer, he is known primarily for his pieces for string and wind instruments.
