Ruth Walk

Fotografin und Filmemacherin, geboren 1965 in Israel. Nach ihrem Fotografiestudium studiert Ruth Walk Film an der Sam Spiegel Film and Television School in Jerusalem. 1992 beendet sie ihr Studium mit ihrem preisgekrönten Abschlussfilm. Danach ist sie für das wöchentliche Dokumentarfilmprogramm „Uvda“ tätig. Zu ihren Dokumentarfilmen gehören u.a. „Song of the Violets“, „Born Near the Sea“ (beide 1995), „Pinkas’ Dream“ (1998) und „The Balcony“ (2001).
