Inclusive Cultural Institutions - Realities of a diverse society
Structural, institutional and societal challenges in a diverse society require a new self-understanding for dealing with exclusion and participation. What do inclusive cultural institutions in a diverse society look like? What structural changes must be made to achieve sustainable development? How can or must art and culture be rethought to reflect social realities? New approaches are needed, which will be developed in this seminar together with participants from cultural work. In small groups and in plenary sessions, the course will demonstrate ways and tools for introducing new, lasting approaches in cultural institutions.
