Fiona Macmillan

Fiona Macmillan holds the Corporation of London Chair of Law at Birkbeck University of London, and is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Gothenburg, the University of Roma Tre and the University of Technology, Sydney. She is the co-Director of the International Society for the History and Theory of Intellectual Property (ISHTIP). She has published extensively in the field of copyright law and is currently working on a monograph on the relationship between intellectual property and cultural heritage that will be published under the title Intellectual and Cultural Property: Between Market and Community in 2019.
