Ananay Aguilar
Ananay Aguilar is Regional Coordinator for Latin America at the International Federation of Musicians (FIM) and an Affiliated Researcher at the Faculty of Music at the University of Cambridge. Working at the intersection of music and law, she contributes to shaping cultural policy by generating evidence, building capacity and connecting stakeholders. Aguilar gives talks at a variety of academic and public-facing events and writes on the legal rights of performers in the UK music industry.
