David Borges

David Borges is the coordinator of the project SCHULE:KULTUR! at the Lower Saxony Ministry of Culture. He coaches and consults a total of 40 schools in the process of becoming ‘culture schools,’ designing creative conferences on the aesthetic expansion of instruction and planning cultural training programs for artists and performers, teachers, and school principals. He is also an active teacher and freelance musician, offering courses on electronic music, improvisation, and composition and also working in compositional pedagogy.
