By participating in the Fan Gallery, you gave your consent to having your Fan Photo published on hkw.de and, for the duration of COPA DA CULTURA (9 June – 9 July), on the photo stand and on monitors at the House of World Cultures.
The closing date for submitting stories was 9 July 2006. By sending us your story, you consent to having your story published on the hkw.de website and on pinboards at the House of World Cultures. We will negotiate an agreement with you regarding the publication of the texts elsewhere.
The mention of your first and family names with your photo or your story guaranties their authenticity. Please let us know if you do not agree to your first and family names being mentioned in full, if, for example, you want only your first name and abbreviated family name to be published. Your address will be stored for the purposes of the draw only, and not for any future activities undertaken by the House of World Cultures.
We shall inform all the winners. Their names will also be published on this page. Prizes will be sent off at the end of Copa da Cultura. There will be no cash payments. The judges’ decision is final. Members of the House of World Cultures are not entitled to participate in the draw.
