Zoé Samudzi

Zoé Samudzi is Assistant Professor in Photography at the Rhode Island School of Design and a Research Associate at the Center for the Study of Race, Gender and Class at the University of Johannesburg. She is also a member of the Race, Medicine and Social Justice research cluster at the Center for the Study of Slavery and Justice at Brown University. Samudzi is an associate editor with Parapraxis Magazine and a writer whose work has appeared in Artforum, Art in America, Funambulist Magazine and elsewhere.
