Wolfgang Kaleck
Wolfgang Kaleck is the founder and General Secretary of the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin. He has written several books, including Die konkrete Utopie der Menschenrechte. Ein Blick zurück in die Zukunft (2021) and Law versus Power (2018). Internationally, he made a name for himself when he filed criminal charges against then-US Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld for war crimes and torture.
