Lothar Zechlin

Lothar Zechlin is professor emeritus of public law at the Institute of political science at the University of Duisburg-Essen and former university president. His work focuses on constitutional law and university management. In recent years, he has published several articles on the distinction between criticism of Israel and anti-Semitism.
