Rana Dasgupta
Rana Dasgupta is a writer and essayist. His novel Solo (2009) was awarded the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize. His Book Capital: A Portrait of Twenty-First Century Delhi (2014) was a documentary account of the transformation of New Delhi during globalization. He is currently writing After Nations: A History of the Future (2023). Dasgupta is a visiting scholar at Wolfson College, University of Oxford.
