Stine Marie Jacobsen

Stine Marie Jacobsen deals with the decoding of individual and collective violence through participatory means. The conceptual artist mainly uses the film medium for performative forms that promote new perspectives on ethics, identity, control, fear and trust as well as solidarity and social engagement. She studied peace and conflict studies at Chulalongkorn University, has an MFA from the Royal Danish Art Academy and a BFA from CalArts, Los Angeles.
