Sarah Fortmann-Hijazi

Sarah Fortmann-Hijazi studied at the University of Cologne and has a master of arts in German and English philology as well as recent and modern history. She holds a doctorate in intercultural literature and is also manager of the Multaka Project at the Museum of Islamic Art in Berlin, focusing on transcultural dynamics and the question how museums can serve as a public space for diverse communities.
