The world map of music reimagined: starting from "Sandy Island", one of numerous fantasy islands invented for travelogues and media reports in the past. There is a lot to research in and around this fictitious island; exploring Pacific styles of music and questioning journalistic methodology and media structures. The young journalists attending will produce a sixty-minute reportage.
Participants should have initial journalistic experience and an interest in music and cultural journalism.
