The King of Pigs (Dwae-ji-ui wang)

In their school’s two-tiered social structure, Kyung-min and Jong-suk belonged to the lower stratum, the so-called “pigs.” For years, they were sadistically bullied by the older, privileged students known as the “dogs.” Only the newcomer Kim Chul mustered the courage to defend himself—in a brutal manner—against his tormentors, earning himself legendary status as King of the Pigs. Fifteen years later, Kyung-min and Jong-suk meet again.
Yeun Sang-ho’s debut feature film received three awards at the 16th Busan International Film Festival.
