Migration and Diversity Challenges in Europe: Policy Responses

The conference presents the key findings of the European research project EMILIE (A European Approach to Multicultural Citizenship. Legal, Political and Educational Challenges). It examines the migration and integration experiences of nine EU member states - Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Spain and Britain – in terms of three main areas: education, discrimination in the workplace, voting rights, and civic participation.
