Fruit and vegetables rejected by supermarkets due to visual defects supply the electricity for mini synthesizers.
Depending on the condition of the fruit, the tone, timbre and volume varies, resulting in a piece of improvised music using simple ingredients. The sound installation pays reference to aleatory music, a music based on chance and improvisation which was developed by John Cage, Pierre Boulez and Iannis Xenakis.
