How do complex logistical processes hold our globalized world together? Merle Kröger reads from her new crime novel Havarie, in which a cruise ship nearly collides with a boatload of immigrants, and anthropologist Laleh Khalili analyzes the correlations between the political economy of container ships and the logistics of migration.
With commentaries by Sina Arnold, Manuela Bojadžijev, Serhat Karakayali, Michael Hardt, Brett Neilson, Birgit zur Nieden, Sandro Mezzadra and Ned Rossiter
