At the invitation of curator Felipe Taborda, thirty visual artists have created new works to the same number of soccer songs by famous Brazilian singers. The interdisciplinary connection between visual art, popular music, and sport provides a unique access to the cultural dimension of soccer in Brazil. Works by Alex Flemming, Nazareth Pacheco, Regina Silveira, and others will be on view.
