The Walter-Gropius-Schule comprehensive school is located in Gropiusstadt in Berlin-Neukölln. There are sports fields and playgrounds, a workshop and a library on the school grounds. The Walter-Gropius-Schule offers students the opportunity to attend school from the 1st to the 13th grade with a focus on self-guided learning. The building was erected according to plans by the architect Walter Gropius and opened in 1968.
