Martin Treml

Martin Treml is a scholar of History of Religion, Jewish Studies, Philosophy and Art History, currently as a DAAD Professor for Religious Studies at the Ilya State University of Tbilisi, Georgia. His researches in the fields of Kulturwissenschaft, Western religions, German-Jewish cultural history, and the reception of antiquity. Some of his recent publications are Teología política e imagen (ed. with Lisímaco Para, 2019), and, as a co-editor, Aby Warburg, Werke (2010) and Gertrud Bing, Fragments sur Aby Warburg (2020).
