Regina Sarreiter

Regina Sarreiter is an anthropologist who studies the history of ethnographic collecting and is interested in the relation between artefacts, audio recordings and localities of knowledge production. She is a member of the working group Anthropology of Global Inequalities at the University of Bayreuth and was a research fellow at Leibniz-Zentrum Moderner Orient in Berlin (ZMO) and at Linden-Museum in Stuttgart. Also she is a member of the Berlin-based artist-scholar group Artefakte//anti-humboldt (artificialfacts.de). Currently she works for the Goethe-Institut in Munich.
