Maria Stella Rognoni

Maria Stella Rognoni is an associate professor at the School of Political Science Cesare Alfieri, University of Florence, where she obtained a PhD in the History of International Relations. After studying the decolonisation process and the cold war in Africa, focusing on the Congo-Zaire, she is currently working on the international relations of contemporary Africa with particular attention to the role played by international organizations and ”emerging” powers.
