Sima Luipert

Sima Luipert is a regional and rural development practitioner by profession, as well as human rights and social justice activist. Luipert currently serves as Deputy Chairperson of the Technical Committee on the Nama Genocide, under the supervision of the Nama Traditional Leaders Association (NTLA).
