Maren Ziese

Maren Ziese is an art historian and currently holds a substitute professorship for art education and didactics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Previously, she headed the PwC-Stiftung Jugend – Bildung – Kultur and worked as a project manager at the Stiftung Genshagen for art and cultural education in Europe. Her publications focus on issues such as displacement and education, critical art education and diversity. She is currently working on the intersections of art, education and ecology.
