Liv Nilsson Stutz

Liv Nilsson Stutz is professor of Archaeology and a member of the research center Concurrences in Colonial and Postcolonial Studies at Linnaeus University in Sweden. Her work focuses on mortuary ritual practices and has highlighted the importance of focusing on the repeated, less spectacular practices that structured the lived experiences of the great majority of past people. She has also worked on issues relating to human remains, ethics and repatriation.
