Claudine Cohen

Claudine Cohen is professor at the Écoles des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris and a member of the Centre de Recherches sur les Arts et le Langage (CRAL). The paleontologist and philosopher’s research and teaching focuses on representations of early and prehistory and the history of paleontology. Her latest book, Nos ancêtres dans les arbres. Penser l’évolution humaine (2021), addresses assumptions and implications of human evolutionary history.
