Ndongo Samba Sylla

Ndongo Samba Sylla is a development economist and works at the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s West Africa Office in Dakar. He is engaged with topics such as labor markets in developing countries, Fair Trade and economic and monetary sovereignty. Sylla published several books, most recently The Last Colonial Currency: A History of the Franc CFA together with Fanny Pigeaud (2021). He holds a PhD from the University of Versailles (UVSQ).
