Liz Pelly

Liz Pelly is a writer, critic and a contributing editor and columnist at The Baffler. Her current work focuses on streaming services, Spotify and the effects of platform capitalism on music and culture. She is an adjunct instructor in the recorded music program at NYU Tisch. Pelly was an Artist-in-Residence and collective member at the community art space Silent Barn from 2014 to 2018 and has been organizing concerts and playing in bands around New York since she was a teenager.
