Johanna Nuber
Johanna Nuber studied anthropology and Romance studies in Berlin and São Paulo. In Brazil, she spent a lot of time with Clarice Lispector’s literature, eventually writing her master thesis about Lispector’s unruly conceptions of the body. She works on a PhD on poetic designs of the human body in Haitian literature. Her critical essay on Lispector, Flecken im Innern ohne Staub und Schlaf, was published in the April edition of the cultural magazine Merkur.
