Zahra Malkani
Zahra Malkani is an associate professor at the Communication and Design department at Habib University. Together with Shahana Rajani, she explores the politics of infrastructure, development and securitization in the city of Karachi. Both are co-founders of the anti-institution Karachi LaJamia with whom they try to politicise education and explore radical pedagogies and art practices. Their work as a duo has been exhibited widely in Pakistan and internationally.
