Alexander Keefe
Alexander Keefe is a writer and critic, whose works have appeared in magazines like Cabinet, Bidoun, East of Borneo and Artforum. In 2014, he completedSarkari Shorts, a year-long online excavation of documentary films produced by the government of India during the Cold War. Keefe did graduate work in Sanskrit and Indian Studies at Harvard University. He currently holds the Inaugural Alan Erasmus Fellowship in Unpopular Culture atNew York University and is working on research related to the career of Indian dancer Shanta Rao.
