Stéphane Grumbach

Stéphane Grumbach is a senior scientist at the Institut national de recherche en informatique et en automatique and a specialist of data systems. He worked on technical questions of information processing and has designed a compression algorithm for DNA sequences. His interests have since evolved to more global questions related to the impact of digital systems on society. He also works in collaboration with the Research Institute on Humanity and Nature in Kyoto and teaches Digital Economy at SciencesPo Paris.
