Jürgen Gross
Jürgen Gross, born in 1962, studied physics at the University of Stuttgart, where he was awarded a doctorate in 1995 in the field of particle physics. In 1998 he joined Bosch, where he had a number of managerial positions in the development of electronic control devices, diesel hydraulics, and electrical machines. Up until the end of 2018, as a director at the division for central Research and Corporate Foresight, he was responsible for microsystems technology and functional materials, including biological and chemical materials as well as nano- and quantum technologies. In January 2019 he became a member of the executive board of the Robert Bosch group research division.
