Christina Gruber

Christina Gruber is an artist and freshwater ecologist who works at the intersection of art and science. In her work she deals with societal phenomena and their effects on the earth’s surface. She has exhibited her work internationally and given lecture performances and talks at several museums, festivals and conferences. Gruber is a scientific researcher at the Institute of Hydrobiology at the BOKU Vienna. She works at the LIFE Sterlet project to repopulate sturgeon in the Danube.
