Niva Elkin-Koren

Niva Elkin-Koren is a professor of Law at the University of Haifa’s Faculty of Law, and a faculty associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. She is the director of the Center for Cyber, Law and Policy (CCLP) and the founding director of the Haifa Center for Law & Technology (HCLT). Her research focuses on innovation policy and access to knowledge, digital governance, online intermediaries and the legal implications of AI and big data. She chairs the Scientific Advisory Council of the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) in Berlin and is a board member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
