Christine De Smedt’s
Christine De Smedt’s artistic work is situated between dance, performance, choreography, coordination, organization and curating. Since 2016 she has been teaching at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Ghent. Currently, she is engaged in artistic collaborations with Mårten Spångberg, Mette Ingvartsen, Eszter Salamon and Myriam Van Imschoot, among others. Her upcoming project on violence will be based on interviews and performative reflections from different fields in society.
