Multimedia Art Asia Pacific (MAAP) - 1998, Brisbane
18 - 26 September 1998. The first multimedia arts festival of its kind in Australia - showcases over 15 events comprising exhibitions, forums and screen media cinema screenings from the Asia Pacific region. Directed by Kim Machan, the 9 day event seeks to create an international space dedicated to fostering artistic creativity and experimentation in digital and other contemporary technologies.
