A problem in politics is a problem of conversation and is not a problem of
Art.

On the other hand the techniques, research and knowledge of Art can be
applied and very useful in  politics.


When I work with a company or a public institution on any project. The first
question I ask myself is "If the solution was a person and he or she walked
in front of these people, would they be able to recognize it? The success of
any project depends on doing such assessment correctly.

It is a problem of grammar, of basic understanding of order, cause an
effect.

In a political project success happens if you are able to "change" the
"conversation", that is why a (good) poet is essential used as communicator.
It is a communications exercise and in many cases the correct communications
exercise.

Charlie Brown: He is a stereotype. He is a little boy that lives in the US,
with his baseball park, dog, house, skating board. Lucy is a psychologist.
Snoopy the Red Baron.

Mafalda: She is the equivalent cartoon in Argentina created by Quino, she
has no baseball park, no dog, no skating board. Nobody in the comic strip
plays another roll than straight reality. The street and the world seen from
a totally different  perspective.

The typical situation and counterpoint: rich kid and the poor girl, in which
the rich boy complains because he
always loses in baseball. The poor girl in the cartoon gets killed for
political pressure on the cartoonist...
