My problem is, and this is where I ask for debate, - human rights abuse as it is happening today and is a disturbing reality which effect us all, worse still is this abuse as a form of self gratification, perhaps even an institution of self gratification. Do we challenge this "low" form of Art with a reflection on what constitutes global ethics. And what evidence do we have (in Art or Net Art) of this global ethics?
