Yes when I wrote this I was suddenly rushed off the computer, let me re-define what I mean:

A global Art or Net Art to me is an institution of self gratification, bring to this the idea of global ethics, (not morality) and we have a
worthy global institution. My problem is, and this is where I ask for debate, - human rights abuse as it is happening today and is a disturbing
reality which effect us all, worse still is this abuse as a form of self gratification, perhaps even an institution of self gratification. Do we
challenge this "low" form of Art with a reflection on what constitutes global ethics. And what evidence do we have (in Art or Net Art) of this
global ethics?
