Dear Susan:

Thanks so much for the information. A group of artists have been talking 
about creating an educational organization dealing with new technology, and 
whose area of work could be the southeast of Mexico.

Although, I was member of a video collective a few years ago, it was 
structured around our friendship and the source of income were the grants 
that we got as individual artists. I also have experience producing, 
organizing and teaching. This ordeal is new to me in a lot of ways, but it 
makes sense to create a space where we can trained other individuals, bring 
artists to do residencies and teach, produced art, create outreach 
programas, support the community and so forth.

If you, or any body in the forum have recommendations, suggestions, list of 
site of organizations, funding sources, tips in how to develop a strategy 
for the organization, way of making budgets, etc., please let me know. I 
will really appreciated.
