Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm reading in this thread a lot of intelligent appraisal and comment which is mixed up with really very restrained ideas both towards humanity, towards art and towards morality. A very sophisticated kind of political-correctness. I'm not saying those ideas are necessarily wrong - but I don't think they're very helpful somehow. I admit that my input has not been very helpful either, but I don't think it comes out of any textbook either. No doubt I'm going to get shot down for this one too though, so I'll leave it at that for now. Tom
