Cliterectomies would have been good a "cultural" example. At some point, you have to say, no thanks, not in my name. I'll vote against that any chance I get. People do have passionate opinions and it cannot become politically incorrect for them to voice them. The artist does not have carte blanche anymore than the rest of the citizenship. I feel we are far afield of what interests me in this exciting tech and new medium revolution. This means something for the future of art and literature. There are only so many fronts, so many issues one can devote one's energies to. Right now, I have to go to work. Cheers, Christy
